The river Thames. I heard it was getting cleaner and I know it is, but looking at it when the tide is out would convince you otherwise. Working near Tower Bridge I decided to take a stroll along the Thames. The tide was out so I was able to walk down to rivers bank. From a distance it looks like it could be a nice place to sit and spend a pleasant lunch break, not the case. The stony bank looks appealing but is covered in broken pottery, bones, yes I did say bones, bottles, cabling and all other sorts of debris. But still a great place to take a stroll and some photos.
