Orders are usually posted by general Postage
Express : UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

UK postcodes are free postage unless stated.

Postage Status :

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we’ll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.

Whilst we will use reasonable efforts to meet the dispatch and delivery dates stated above, we will not be liable for any delay in delivery.

Order Changes

Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you wish to return a product, you must initiate the return process once you have received the item.

If you have successfully placed an order and still not received it while the tracking status shows it has been delivered. You want to contact the carrier to locate your items as once the item has been packed we have no control over it (once it has been delivered by the carrier). However, if the problems persist, please write to us at sales@tonylewis-photography.co.uk and we will try our best to help you and solve the problem as soon as possible.

Sometimes tracking information is not available. This may be due to technical issues that prevent the tracking information from being updated in the app. In such cases, if you still cannot find your item, contact us at sales@tonylewis-photography.co.uk and we will help you solve the problems as soon as possible.
